Cumulus Hive is closely integrated with a Service Desk product. Once a subscription has been procured, the user will be able to contact support for the SaaS through a centralised Service Desk.

Billing And Subscription

Cumulus Hive provides a marketplace interface for users to "shop" for the SaaS they are interested in.

Once the SaaS has been procured through an approved Service Request, the user will be subscribed to the Billing system.

Authentication And Single Sign-On

Cumulus Hive provides Single Sign-On to all the SaaS registered in the platform. This saves the user from having to remember to multiple logins.

It also improves the security posture by keeping track of all the logins by the different users.
